How long does the competitive tournament season run?

The 2025 competitive basketball season runs from March through August.

How often do you practice and play?

All OK Swish teams practice twice each week and play in tournaments almost every weekend.

Where are practices held?

We practice at K2C in Catoosa and Crossover Prep Academy in Tulsa. Practice locations and schedules vary by age group and gym availability and will be communicated by your coach.

What do you expect from players and parents?

We expect players to show up ready to work hard and with a good attitude. We run - a lot. We work on the fundamentals at every practice. We ask players to dig deep even when they’re tired. We push hard so every player can reach his/her full potential. We expect players and parents to be fully committed to practices and games. If you can do that, you’ll fit right in.

When do we get tournament schedules?

Practice and tournament schedules are set at the end of each month for the following month. For tournaments, we’ll give you the dates and location in advance, but we typically don’t get the actual game schedules until the Wednesday or Thursday before the actual tournament. We understand this isn’t ideal when trying to make travel plans, but you’ll experience this regardless of which competitive team you choose to play with.

How much does it cost?

The uniform package is $260 and includes a two-sided uniform, warmup top, backpack, arm sleeves, slides, socks and head band. Dues are $125 per month and are due by no later than the 10th of each month. Dues cover the practice facility and tournament fees. Each family is responsible for its own travel expenses and for booking their own lodging for out of town tournaments.

How/when can my player try out?

Our 2025 tryouts have concluded and teams are set. Please check back for future seasons or reach out if you have any questions.
